Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is SolutionOne Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period
The B.I.T.E 2026 Instant Scratch & Win Competition will be conducted during the B.I.T.E 2026 Conference on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to attendees of B.I.T.E 2026 who receive an official Scratch & Win card from the Promoter. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may participate but are not eligible to win prizes.
4. How to Participate
Participants must scratch the designated area of the Scratch & Win card to reveal whether they have won a prize.
5. Prizes
The following prizes are available:
- 10 x Minor Prizes: “Winner: Prize at Booth”
- 1 x Major Prize: “Winner - Lenovo Tiny Computer”
- 1 x Major Prize: “Winner - Lenovo Monitor”
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Redemption
- Winning Scratch & Win cards must be presented to the Promoter’s exhibition booth during B.I.T.E 2026.
- All prizes must be claimed and collected on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, before the conclusion of the conference.
- Winners may be required to provide identification to verify eligibility.
- Lost, damaged, altered, or illegible winning cards will be deemed invalid.
7. Unclaimed Prizes
- Any prize not redeemed on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 will be forfeited.
- No alternative prize, cash payment, or later redemption will be offered for unclaimed prizes.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly completed Scratch & Win cards.
9. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any prize claim.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
